Le 21 janvier dernier, Éric FRÉCON a présenté un papier co-écrit avec le professeur Delphine ALLÈS dans le cadre de l’Observatoire CERI-GIGA sur l’Indopacifique et d’une séance consacrée à l’Union européenne. Éric FRÉCON, chercheur-associé à l’IRASEC, a participé le 4 novembre 2021 à un webinaire organisé par l’Institut Thomas More et intitulé L’Indopacifique : laboratoire de la sino-mondialisation maritime ? Son intervention avait trait aux projets portuaires chinois dans les pays de l’ASEAN, entre mythe et réalité, afin de discuter l’idée d’une hégémonie régionale.
