Didier BERTRAND

Dr. Didier Bertrand is a French scholar (PhD in Cultural Psychology, University of Toulouse-Le Mirail, France). Since 2004, he has been being the National Coordinator for AFESIP-Laos, a local NGO working to assist victims of human trafficking and prostitution. He spent several years conducting investigations in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, and has published a number of scientific articles and book chapters related to Southeast Asian studies, psychology, inter-culturalism, traditional medicine practices, and trauma.
