France’s Defense Strategy in the Indo-Pacific

Commander Jeremy BACHELIER, liaison officer in Southeast Asia for ALPACI (French Command in Asia-Pacific), and Éric FRÉCON, associate researcher at IRASEC, have just published an article in The Diplomat. They argue that French capabilities in terms of MDA (Maritime Domain Awareness) and knowledge of the maritime environment represent a powerful lever to support European and French Indo-Pacific strategies.
