Graduate education in sustainable development - AIT

At the invitation of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Christine Cabasset participated to a round table discussion about the elaboration and the opening in August 2019 of a new department and master's and doctoral degrees in "Development and Sustainability".

The objective of this workshop, who brought together academic and research institutions, international organizations and NGOs, was to refine the scientific and pedagogical project of the new programmes, as well as the orientations and components of the proposed courses, and the expected skills. Christine Cabasset's contribution to this day is part of a broader relationship between AIT and IRASEC (and with two other universities in the region) through the research programme (RFCC 2016-2018), soon to be completed, on "Coastal Tourism Urbanization and Climate Change in Southeast Asia".
