On 24 November 2017, Anne Guillou was invited by the director of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (Phnom Penh) to give a lecture (in Khmer) on "Care and Nursing under the Khmer Rouge regime". The public was made up of high school students and staff from the Genocide Museum.

On Tuesday, 21, November 2017 Ashley Thompson (Centre for Southeast Asian Studies, SOAS, University London) gave a lecture on "Ghosts of the past: About the four Buddhas after Angkor" at the French Institute of Cambodia. 140 persons attended it.
