Signing a MoU
The Royal University of Fine Arts - IRASEC

Prof. Dr. BONG Sovath, rector of the Royal University of Fine Arts in Cambodia, and DR. François ROBINNE, director of the Research Institute on Contemporary Southeast Asia IRASEC, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This MoU have its origins in the presence of Anne Yvonne Guillou, member of the IRASEC since september 2015.
