Adèle ESPOSITO ANDUJAR

Dr. Adèle ESPOSITO ANDUJAR was trained as an architect and urban planner. She is a researcher at the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), affiliated to the IRASEC from September 2019 to August 2020. Her research looks at three drivers that trigger the internationalization of secondary cities in Southeast Asia : namely, heritage programs ; development assistance ; and foreign investments. Dr. Esposito Andujar has published the book “Urban Development in the Margins of a World Heritage Site. In the Shadows of Angkor” and has co-edited the volume “Ideas of the City in Asian Settings”. She is the main investigator of the research program “The Cities of the New Silk Road in Southeast Asia” (2020-2023) that has been granted funding by the French National Research Agency (ANR).
