Jérémy BACHELIER and Éric FRÉCON - co-authors of a chapter on maritime security in L'Asie du Sud-est 2022 - have just published an article in Marine Executive on State Action at Sea, applied in France and a possible model for maritime law enforcement in the region.
Indonesia, for example, is considering its administrative organisation at sea, around the navy, the Bakmala and other national agencies.
