Chayan VADDHANAPHUTI

Chayan VADDHANAPHUTI received his Bachelor of Arts from Chulalongkorn University, Master of Public Administration from National Institute of Development Administration, MA in Anthropology from Stanford University and Ph.D. in International Development Education with a concentration in Anthropology from the same university. He has been working on ethnicity, development, multiculturalism, etc., and has promoted the intersection between social science and development perspectives. He is now Director of the Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development (RCSD) and the Center for Ethnic Studies and Development (CESD) at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University.
