As part of the relationship developed with the CNRS,
the AXA Research Fund, will be offering up to 25 Post-Doctoral Fellowships. The applicants can be awarded a grant for up to €130,000 for an 18 to 24-month period. This scholarship is open to all Ph.D. applicants without any condition of nationality. The applicants must have been awarded his/her first PhD (or equivalent doctoral degree) before the beginning of the Post-Doctoral grant and within the 3 years. The research project should preferably be related to Social science. (See their post-docs call).

In agreement with the Fund, CNRS has the role to consider the candidates by providing opportunities for the candidates in cooperation with CNRS by submitting their research proposals to the European Science Foundation (ESF). Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand are identified as being the priorities counties and Singapore is identified as "non-focus country", but still eligible.
