Abstract
The research work intends to fix the system to provide equal access to tools and opportunities for all, including victims of investment project and investors. So, we are using the CSR mechanism as a means to help the victims to demand justice before the Cambodian jurisdiction and the international community against the fact of impunity and the obscurity of the law. Judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms are the means to fight against the fact of impunity due to corruption or the violation of internal as well as formal international rule. The research interest is to find the various legal techniques that can produce economic, political and social pressure and which the state and the investor have agreed to revise its investment policy. While it is true that the law of corporate rights liability and liability poses some obscurity in relation to the legal relationship within the subsidiary company, but there are international mechanisms that can intervene in the matter.
